  • MIDI MUSIC LAND Ltd. is a Bulgarian registered company. The company obeys strictly the laws on the territory of Bulgaria. All the products that the company sells are fully licensed and registered. The copyrights of the products belong to MML or to the companies that have distribution agreements with MML.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
  • MML is not responsible and does not control actions outside the company and its web site.
  • CUSTOMERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION
  • The information MML collects about the customers by the request form or e-mail is used only for completion of the orders and for further contacts. The company doesn’t give or sell the customer’s personal information to any other parties.
  • USE OT THE PRODUCTS
  • Buying products from MML the customer agrees not to sell, resell or use the product or any part of it commercially.
  • REFUNDS
  • All songs come with demos, therefore you are encouraged to listen to them before you buy. Therefore we can not refund songs that have been purchased by the customer in error. However should the purchased file be damaged you need to inform us stating the exact problem. This can not be of a musical nature but purely of a technical nature. We will do our best to correct the problem as soon as possible and failing that either refund the full price paid or provide a substitute song of the customer's choice.
  • MARKING THE FILES
  • All the files MML sells and distributes (incl. free downloadable) are “watermarked”. The watermark contains licensing and copyright information. The customer may not remove, copy or use the watermark.
  • MML has the right to change the content of this site, services, products and the prices with or without notification.
  • Using this site you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
